Thymopentin is a synthetic pentapeptide that captures the immune-modulating activity of the full thymopoietin molecule in just five amino acids. It has been used clinically in several countries for decades, primarily in China where it is approved for immunodeficiency states, chronic infections, and as supportive therapy in cancer treatment.

Clinical doses: 1mg IM or SC, 3x weekly for 4-12 weeks. Some protocols use 50mg IV. Available as pharmaceutical product in select markets.

Reported Observations in Literature
