GHRP-2 is a synthetic hexapeptide growth hormone secretagogue often considered the balanced choice in the GHRP family — more potent than GHRP-6 with better selectivity, though not as clean as Ipamorelin.

How GHRP-2 Works

GHRP-2 acts on the ghrelin/GHS receptor to stimulate pituitary GH release. Produces a more robust GH response than GHRP-6 with less appetite stimulation, but more cortisol/prolactin elevation than Ipamorelin. Considered the strongest clinically-studied GHRP after Hexarelin.
